Description
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-oriented, and ambitious Growth & Partnerships Executive to support growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansion across the Zino Group ecosystem.
This is a highly people-focused role. You will engage prospective clients and partners, generate leads, follow up on opportunities, attend networking events, and represent the Group professionally — working closely with the Growth & Partnerships Manager and senior leadership.
We are also looking for someone curious about how AI can improve prospecting, research, and productivity.
Key Responsibilites
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads across Group companies and services.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; secure meetings and introductions with prospective clients and partners.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and follow up on enquiries.
Support the development of strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
Leverage AI tools for research, prospecting, communication, and reporting.
Represent the Group at events and networking functions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Preferred Skills
A Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in business development, sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and outgoing, and genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and productivity.
