A structured six-month internship offering hands-on experience in growth, partnerships, business development, networking, and commercial strategy across multiple industries within the Zino Group.
This is not a "sit and watch" internship — you will be given meaningful responsibilities, practical training, and mentorship from senior leadership.
Should you perform to a high standard during your internship, you may be offered a full-time Growth Executive role upon successful completion of the programme.


Key Responsibilites


Research prospective clients, partners, and organisations, and support lead generation.
Support outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, and help schedule meetings.
Assist with partnership research, stakeholder engagement, and proposal preparation.
Learn to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and productivity.
Maintain CRM records and prospect databases.
Support growth campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives across the Group.


Preferred Skills


A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Recent graduates and early-career professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Curious about AI and willing to learn tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Positive attitude, coachable, dependable, and eager to learn.
