Zino Group is seeking a driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead business development, partnerships, and revenue-generating opportunities across the Group.
This is a leadership role — you will identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, develop partnerships, and drive measurable business growth across multiple companies.
It is not simply about sales; it is about opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into partnerships, while leveraging AI to improve prospecting, research, and performance.


Key Responsibilites


Develop and execute growth strategies across the Group and identify new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.
Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, airlines, corporates, government agencies, and educational institutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop Growth & Partnerships Executives and Interns; set targets and KPIs.
Leverage AI tools for prospect research, market intelligence, lead generation, and productivity.
Represent the Group at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Track performance and commercial outcomes, and produce regular reports and recommendations for leadership.


Preferred Skills


4 - 8 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial development, with a minimum of 2 years in team leadership.
Proven track record of generating business opportunities and building strategic relationships.
Existing network in aviation, government, education, technology, or corporate sectors is an advantage.
Strong AI literacy (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and the ability to leverage AI for growth and productivity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented ownership mindset.
