Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and client follow-ups efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with therapists and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance in all guest areas.
Process client payments, issue receipts, and assist with administrative duties.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, courteous, and confident in handling guests.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using booking or POS systems.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain calm under pressure.
