Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, International Relations, Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible administrative, government relations, institutional liaison, or stakeholder engagement experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory role, preferably within a university, government institution, international organization, or comparable environment.
