Role & Responsibilities:


Bakery Production & Operations: Oversee daily bakery operations, manage production schedules, and ensure timely and efficient output.
Recipe Development & Product Innovation: Develop and standardize bakery recipes while introducing new products aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
Team Leadership & Staff Development: Train, mentor, and supervise bakery staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Control & Food Safety: Ensure product consistency, maintain quality standards, and enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with purchasing and sales teams, and support cost control and budgeting initiatives.
