Key Qualification
Diploma in Baking and Pastry or other specialization in pastry from a recognized institution
KCSE C Plain and above
Minimum 3 years' experience in Bakey production and management.

Hands on leader to oversee daily production, quality control, team management and sales of pastries
Proven experience in bakery production, quality control, team management and sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in Bakery operations, strong leadership skills and a passion for quality baked goods
Deep knowledge of baking techniques
Ability to meet early morning or high-volume production schedules
Experience in handling and maintaining bakery equipment.
Inventory and ingredient management for timely re-ordering
Creative and innovative to develop recipes that align with changing customer preferences and industry trends
Understanding of food safety and capability to adhere to health and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operation Leadership: Lead daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and efficiency
Production Planning: Create a production schedule to meet customer demand while reducing waste.
Team Management: Motivate bakery staff to maintain high performance standards
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products adhere to company standards and food safety regulations.
Baking: Prepare and bake different pastries to the determined volumes
Packaging: Ensure quality, health and packaging standards of all baked goods
Hygiene: Maintaining overall hygiene of the bakery
Operation and Maintenance: Operating and maintaining bakery equipment for more efficiency and safety
Any other work as may be assigned from time to time.
