Job Summary
FITC is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and commercially focused professional to lead its Digital Marketing & Brand Communications function.
The successful candidate will drive brand visibility, digital transformation, customer acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing and corporate communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing, branding, and digital growth strategies.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives.
Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
Lead corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage digital marketing channels and marketing automation platforms.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
Monitor marketing performance and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
12 - 15 years progressive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
Minimum of 6 years in a senior leadership role.
Professional Certifications (Mandatory):
Candidates must possess relevant certifications and memberships such as: CIM (UK) / CIMN, NIMN, NIPR / CIPR, DMI, Google, Meta, HubSpot Certifications
