Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head, Strategy & Governance to drive business growth, lead complex advisory engagements, and strengthen our governance and strategy offerings.


Role Overview


The Head, Strategy & Governance will be responsible for growing the Advisory business by identifying client needs, developing relevant products and services, and leading the execution of strategy, governance, and transformation projects.
The role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to manage subject matter experts and consultants across multiple engagements.


Key Responsibilities


Lead strategy development and implementation engagements for clients.
Deliver board evaluation, board recruitment, and board/strategy retreat assignments.
Provide governance and strategy advisory services to boards, executives, and SMEs.
Drive business development initiatives and expand FITC Advisory's client portfolio.
Scope, plan, and oversee the delivery of strategy, governance, and transformation projects.
Manage and coordinate subject matter experts and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
Support clients on corporate transformation and organisational effectiveness initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Master'sdegree preferred.
9 - 11 years of work experience, with at least 5 years directly relevant to strategy, governance advisory, and team leadership in a big four (4) organizations.
Proven experience leading strategy and governance engagements, and account management.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to grow advisory business and manage client relationships.
