What You Will Be Doing;
Build and manage a structured CRM system
Track all leads, inspections, follow-ups and conversions
Hold the sales team accountable for performance
Create systems that improve closing rates
Develop client retention and referral strategies
Generate performance reports and insights

Requirements
3 - 5 years experience in CRM, sales operations or real estate
Strong understanding of sales process and client lifecycle
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong leadership and analytical skills
