Your Mission


To build and maintain a strong internal system, managing our people, protecting our business legally and ensuring everything we do stands on integrity and compliance.
What You Will Be Doing: HR Leadership
Recruit, onboard and structure a high-performing team
Build systems that keep staff accountable and productive
Manage staff welfare, discipline and performance


Legal and Compliance


Draft and review contracts (land, clients and partnerships)
Ensure all transactions are legally sound and properly documented
Carry out due diligence on properties and company dealings

Requirements


Degree in Law (LLB) or HR-related field
2 - 4 years experience in HR or legal role
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law & property documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
