Applicants must have the following requirements:Labor & Employment Law


Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Must have 15 years of senior building estimating experience.
Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of JBCC, NEC and FIDIC contracts.
Must have extensive CCS Candy experience.
Must have experience with BuildSmart.
Must have extensive experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project programming.
Must have proven experience in preparing tender programmes and construction methodologies.
Must possess strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills.
