Head of Finance

We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to manage all financial operations and activities of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow Provide strategic guidance on risk management and investment opportunities Manage capital structure and funding strategies Collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency Drive financial performance, profitability and sustainability Oversee financial reporting and risk management Lead the finance team and drive overall financial performance QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is required Minimum 8 years' experience in senior financial management, preferably within banking or financial services Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, IFRS, FRCN Experience in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modelling and scenario planning Strong ability to use digital finance tools and data analytics for decision-making and reporting Candidates residing around Ikorodu, Ketu or Mile 12 are preferred
