Job Summary


Provide Technology Vision and Leadership in developing, managing, and implementing IT/Business Innovation strategy.
Liaise with the Business, Manager and Leaders to identify business opportunities and processes that will generate revenue and solve problems using up-to-date technology solutions.


Duties & Responsibilities


Define the technology strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the organization's services business strategy.
Manage data management and protection, Information security and riskmanagement.
Prepare and present executive-level presentations, business cases, and reports supporting the support operation strategy and the function, including representing complex data in a simple yet compelling way to support your position.
Define, develop and manage a comprehensive and integrated ITSM landscape based on best-practice processes, disciplines, and related toolsets.
Provide direction on how emerging technologies should be incorporatedbinto our support services to deliver the overall strategy successfully.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design, development, operation, and support of IT systems.
Develop and control the annual IT and operation budget to ensure that it's consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and the enterprise and is within the plan.
Develop the maturity of support hub to improve efficiency, deliver innovations, and collaborate with other businesses.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design, development, operation, and support of IT systems.
Run and maintain IT operations through all or some of the following: IT service management, vendor management, customer management, shared IT services, data center, telecommunications, and security.

Experience & Qualification


B.Sc Degree / HND in Computer Science or any related field
Minimum 7 years with bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field
A minimum of 7 years of IT Solution experience with a BSc degree or HND.
Experience in a technology services organization.
Experience in managing a team of more than ten or more individuals.
Business capability modeling and customer journey mapping techniques.
Experience in managing complex IT projects.
Cisco, Sophos, ITIL.
