Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead the organization's growth, brand positioning, and revenue expansion initiatives.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and business development strategies that drive market penetration, client acquisition, and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals
Drive brand awareness, corporate positioning, and market visibility
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Lead client acquisition, retention, and key account management initiatives
Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
Manage marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and business development team
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, ROI, and growth targets
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of messaging and delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum of 8 - 12 years' experience in marketing, business development, or commercial leadership roles
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successful marketing campaigns
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and B2B/B2C growth strategies
