CasaLavoro Limited is seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Head of Marketing to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across our real estate and hospitality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of brand positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
Oversee brand identity, storytelling, and consistency across all channels.
Drive initiatives that strengthen CasaLavoro's market presence and brand equity.
Lead all digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and content strategy.
Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase engagement, reach, and conversion.
Track and analyze digital performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Explore and deploy innovative advertising methods to reach diverse audience segments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.
Requirements
4 - 8 years of experience in marketing or branding strategist, with at least 2 - 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
Proven experience working in a reputable branding /marketing agency
Demonstrated ability to execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and consumer behaviour.
Proven track record of successful campaigns and measurable business impact.
