The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations and production activities
Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization
Implement SOPs and ensure compliance
Coordinate across departments (production, logistics, QC)
Monitor KPIs and operational performance
Lead and develop operational teams
Requirements:
B.Eng/B.Sc in Engineering, Operations, or related field
10+ years experience in operations, preferably in construction/manufacturing
