Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand Nairametrics' client base.
Client Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with existing clients toidentifyopportunities, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through repeat business.
Partnership Development: Identifyand forge strategic partnerships with corporate clients and stakeholders to broaden Nairametrics' market reach and enhance brand visibility.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to amplify brand awareness and attract new customers.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and provide marketing support by crafting sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives and revenue goals.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.
Minimum of 10years' experience in marketing, growth, or commercial roles, with a proventrack recordin lead generation and revenue growth.
Strong experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, and partnership development, preferably within media, fintech, or financial services.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams,setKPIs, and drive performance.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability and data-driven decision-making.
