Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Proven track record selling residential properties valued at USD 200,000+
Extensive hands-on experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Strong experience in non-mortgage sales models (cash and installment structures)
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams
Established network within high-net-worth and premium client segments
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong command of spoken and written English
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets
Personally handle and close high-value residential property transactions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for premium real estate projects
Build & maintain strong relationships with HNIs, clients, CEOS, business owners, and community leaders
Structure & close bulk deals with investors, SACCOS, corporates, multinationals, and organized groups
Align closely with marketing to ensure campaigns support revenue and pipeline growth
Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal conversion performance
