Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Architect to build a procurement engine that operates with factory-direct margins and automated controls.
You are responsible for ensuring we bypass retail markups, hedge against FX volatility, and build a scalable system where procurement is a driver of profitability, not just an administrative function.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Margin Engineering:

OEM Direct Sourcing: Establish and manage direct-to-factory (OEM) relationships in Turkey, China, and Europe for core categories (Furniture, Finishes, and Technical Equipment).
Margin Recovery: Execute a sourcing strategy that recovers significant project margins currently lost to local retail and middleman markups.
Landed Cost Mastery: Own the total cost of goods (Factory Price + Freight + Duties + Clearing). You are responsible for the final price at the project gate.
Pre-Contract Audit: Act as the final commercial gatekeeper for project budgets. Review all specifications before contract execution to ensure they are sourceable and FX-compliant.

Cash-Flow & Working Capital Optimization:

Vendor Credit Strategy: Transition the company from advance-payment dependencies to a credit-based system. Target 30/60/90-day vendor terms for core categories.
Trade Finance Management: Utilize Letters of Credit (LCs), Bills for Collection, and other trade finance instruments to optimize company liquidity.
Currency Risk Management: Develop procurement strategies to protect project P&Ls from FX volatility through strategic timing of imports and negotiated contract terms.

Systems & Operational Infrastructure:

ERP Implementation: Lead the standardization of procurement data and workflows within the company's ERP system. Ensure 100% data integrity for all commitments.
Standardization: Own the procurement roadmap for "Standardized Product Kits," ensuring all components are pre-negotiated and available for rapid deployment.
Vendor Governance: Implement a performance-based vendor rating system focused on lead-time accuracy, quality, and price stability.

Logistics & Large-Scale Project Execution:

Global Logistics: Coordinate high-volume international freight (50+ containers) for major hospitality and infrastructure projects.
Port & Clearing Management: Oversee freight and clearing partners to ensure zero-day demurrage.
Site Deployment: Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and site teams to eliminate stalls caused by material delays.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 10 - 15 years work experience.
