The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Technology to lead the firm's digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will develop and execute a clear technology strategy that transforms the firm's operations into an integrated, secure, data-driven, and highly efficient professional services organization. The role will focus on internal transformation across all departments and service lines as well as support the development of technology-enabled client solutions and advisory services.
The successful candidate must be capable of driving organization-wide change, aligning technology with business objectives, improving operational efficiency and quality, strengthening cybersecurity, and building scalable digital platforms and repeatable models.
Responsibilities
Develop enterprise architecture and systems integration strategy
Assess current systems and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and duplication
Lead vendor selection, implementation, and technology partnerships
Manage technology budgets and investment priorities
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for technology performance
Oversee cloud infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support functions
Introduce automation, AI, and workflow optimization initiatives
Develop policies for IT governance, cybersecurity, and digital operations
Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness
Present regular technology updates to leadership and the Governance team
Technical Skills and Knowledge
Minimum 7 years of progressive technology leadership experience
At least 3 years experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation
Experience integrating multiple business systems and platforms
Strong understanding of professional services environments such as Audit, Consulting, Financial services, Accounting firms or Legal or advisory firms
Experience implementing ERP, workflow, analytics, or enterprise collaboration platforms
Strong cybersecurity and information governance experience
Experience leading organizational change and user adoption initiatives
Experience managing technology budgets and external vendors
Experience with audit technologies and data analytics tools
Experience implementing AI and automation solutions
Regional or international exposure
Experience building client-facing technology services
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
Master's Degree (MBA, Technology Management, Data Analytics, or similar) is preferred
One or more of the following certifications is preferred: PMP, Prince 2, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, TOGAF, Cloud Certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Data analytics or AI-related certifications
