Zino Aviation is seeking an experienced and respected retired Boeing 737NG Captain to serve as Head of Training, Standards & Aviation Services — a senior leadership role shaping our training philosophy, instructional standards, and aviation services. You will lead and deliver training, assessment, and mentoring through our Boeing 737NG Flight Simulator, serve as the principal aviation subject-matter expert, and act as an ambassador across airlines, regulators, and the wider industry.

Key Responsibilites
Deliver Boeing 737NG simulator training — JOC, Pre-MCC, Pre-Type Rating, Pre-Line, airline readiness, and custom programmes.
Deliver aviation ground school instruction and develop lesson plans, curricula, and training materials.
Conduct simulator assessments and airline recruitment screening, and produce detailed assessment reports.
Lead instructor standardisation, training governance, manuals and SOPs, and quality assurance.
Lead the Pilot Mentorship Programme and provide career guidance to aspiring pilots.
Support aviation consultancy projects and provide aviation subject-matter expertise.
Build airline and operator relationships, promote simulator services, and represent Zino Aviation publicly.
Preferred Skills
Retired Boeing 737NG Captain, with a valid or previously-held ICAO ATPL and Boeing 737NG type rating.
Minimum 10 years of airline operational experience.
Previous experience in pilot training, instruction, assessment, or standards.
Strong command of airline training systems, SOPs, CRM, and competency-based training.
Desirable: TRI/TRE/SFI, Line Training Captain, Check Airman, Chief Pilot, Head of Training, or Director of Training experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and public-speaking skills, and high professional standards.
