Fidelity Pension Managers is looking for a visionary Head of Procurement to lead our end-to-end procurement lifecycle, manage strategic vendor relationships, and ensure full regulatory compliance across our operations.
As a key leader in our organization, you will coordinate annual budgeting, lead high-stakes negotiations, and oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from requisition to quality assurance.
What You'll Do:
Align procurement activities with the Company's strategic goals and capital project plans.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process across all departments.
Manage departmental staff and resources to achieve peak operational efficiency.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
Ensure all activities adhere to Company policy and Board-approved mandates.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 10 years of Cognate Industry experience.
A relevant University Degree and/or MBA.
Membership in a recognized Chartered organization relevant to procurement/supply chain.
Project Management qualifications (e.g., Prince2) are a significant plus.
Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and a results-focused leadership style.
