Job Purpose
The Health Centre Manager is responsible of provision of strategic and operational leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective preventive and curative healthcare services, while driving efficient and patient-centred Health Centre operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
Provide strategic leadership to drive high-quality, patient-centred outpatient service delivery and operational excellence.
Oversee administrative and operational functions to ensure efficient, seamless, and sustainable healthcare services.
Quality, Risk & Compliance Management
Champion clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and proactive risk management to enhance quality of care and patient safety.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
People & Resource Management
Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multidisciplinary teams to foster accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
Drive efficient utilization of financial, human, and operational resources to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Business Growth & Service Expansion
Support strategic business growth, service expansion, and continuous operational improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery/Nursing/Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical practice
Experience in healthcare operations or team leadership will be an added advantage.
