Job Purpose
Reporting to the Pharmacy In-Charge, the incumbent is responsible for reviewing prescriptions and accurate dispensing of medication in order to achieve effective treatment for the patient.
Key Responsibilities
Prescription Validation & Dispensing: Validate, verify, and accurately dispense medications to patients.
Inventory Management: Oversee and manage pharmacy inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and proper storage.
Quality Reporting: Prepare quality reports as may be required by internal and external customers.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with internal standards and external regulations guiding the pharmacy profession.
Qualifications, Experience & Core Competencies
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years of appropriate experience in pharmaceutical operations.
ICT competency.
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated and a strong team player.
Pleasant personality
