Our client, a leading player in the beverage manufacturing industry, is looking for a HORECA Sales Representative to join their team in Nairobi. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the hotel, restaurant, and café space; building strong relationships, driving product visibility, and growing key accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
1 - 3 years' experience in FMCG sales
Proven experience managing HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, bars)
Strong negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skills
Ability to prospect, pitch, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Valid driving licence and excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, well-presented, and confident working in fast-paced environments
In this role, you will sign up new HORECA outlets, execute promotional plans, manage daily sales activities, coordinate orders, and ensure strong visibility and customer satisfaction across your territory.
