Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Greet guests promptly and warmly with a polished, professional demeanor
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow
Escort guests to tables and present menus with attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with courtesy and efficiency
Front-of-House Coordination
Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and the kitchen to balance seating and pacing
Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating plans as needed
Assist with special occasions, VIP guests, and guest preferences
Professional Standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant host stand and entrance area
Uphold the restaurant's dress code, grooming standards, and brand image
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and handle guest concerns with discretion
Administrative Duties
Accurately manage reservation systems and guest notes
Record guest feedback and relay important information to management
Support opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous hostess or front-of-house experience preferred, especially in upscale or fine dining settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, confident demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain professional under pressure
Female only slim tall with a clear skin.
