Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master`s Degree
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
