RESPONSIBILITIES
	Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, kitchen, and guest services
	Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
	Supervise and support staff across departments, ensuring performance, motivation, and adherence to hotel policies
	Monitor expenses and revenues, and work proactively to improve profitability
	Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally
	Implement marketing and sales initiatives to increase bookings and visibility
	Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
	Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
	Generate regular reports for management on operations and performance
REQUIREMENTS
	Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management,
	Business Administration, or a related field
	Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel managerial or supervisory role
	Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
	Proven ability to manage a team and optimize operations
	A business-minded individual with strong organizational and budgeting skills
	Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an added advantage
	Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
