Responsibilities
Coordinate all recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate pool management, and timely communication with candidates.
Post job offers, maintain recruitment tracking tools, and manage candidate files to ensure data accuracy. (Job announcements, recruitment tools, initial contact with candidates…).
Assist with venue leasing and company registration, be responsible for the procurement of office supplies, staff reception, accommodation and vehicle arrangement, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Required Skills
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
