Our client is hiring an HR Assistant to support recruitment, HR administration, employee records management, and day-to-day human resource operations.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
1 - 2 years' experience in HR or administrative support
Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
Familiarity with Kenyan labour laws is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS is an added advantage
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills
Proactive, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
