Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement people & Culture strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting. and organizational design.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
Support organizational change and cultural transformation prog
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferied.
5-8 years in strategic HR roles, idealb' in financial services or banking.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
Experience in change managernent. workforce planning, and management.
Commercial banking experience is an added advantage.
