We are looking for an organized and approachable HR Clerk to support daily HR operations.
Key Requirements:
Provide administrative support to the HR Officer
Data input
Maintaining employee records, processing and scheduling
Assisting with payroll & benefit administration
Ensure smooth daily operations and accurate record keeping
Assist in compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws & HR best practices is an added advantage
