We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservationist to join the team and manage bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service from the first contact.
Experience with hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must have previous experience in reservations + 3 years
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
A customer-first attitude and strong attention to detail
High level of accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Works well with front office, concierge, F&B, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
