As a regional HR Consultant (f/m/d) you will be part of Human Resources (HR), located in South Africa while supporting business across different countries in Europe and Africa with high qualitative local implementation of the HR strategy and execution of all operative HR tasks.
Innomotics is currently undergoing significant transformation which requires a huge amount of flexibility and change management skills from its HR organization.
You act as a strategic partner by understanding the business and its transformation journey, bringing in a proactive HR perspective to help shaping organizational success.
You will implement HR programs, processes and initiatives of the unit together with the responsible colleagues in your international scope.
Furthermore, you are responsible for advising managers individually on various operational and transformational topics. In the case of special, complex issues, you will coordinate with the regional HR management and the global HR Business Partners of the respective countries and businesses in your scope.
You ensure the correctness and compliance in all operative and daily operations and HR processes including overseeing payroll provided by external partners. A huge part therein is the compliant execution of the company's transformation after carve out from a multinational conglomerate to a mid-sized standalone business.
You are responsible for designing the interface with an external legal advisor with the aim of ensuring compliance with country-specific legal requirements.
You ensure professional recruiting and guarantee forward-looking personnel planning, taking into account internal and external influencing factors.
You will coach and support leaders on change management, leadership development, succession planning, and building diverse and resilient talent pipelines.
You might also be facilitating discussions (e.g. leadership feedback) and workshops (e.g. team workshops) and contribute your ideas and experience to overarching HR projects.


Your Profile


A degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on human resources, labor law or business psychology, serves as the basis for your success.
You have several years of relevant and international professional experience as well as initial experience in consulting, coaching, moderation and communication.
Experience in project management is a plus.
You have entrepreneurial understanding and work independently.
You enjoy working hybrid combined with international business trips.
You are experienced in working with external partners and know how to drive partnerships.
You are open to new working methods and interested in working with employees from different cultural backgrounds. Transformation and change processes are part of everyday life for you.
You enjoy a variety of new and complex issues that require innovative and individual solutions.
Business fluent English rounds off your profile. Furthermore, German or other European language skills are a plus.
