Overview
The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous HR internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role.
Must be resident within Lagos State, preferably within reasonable commuting distance to Ikeja.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
