‎We are recruiting ambitious, polished, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives for a leading real estate and property investment company in Abuja.
‎The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving luxury property sales, building strong client relationships, and converting high-value prospects into buyers.
This role requires a commercially driven sales professional with proven experience selling premium residential developments, luxury homes, and off-plan projects within the Abuja real estate market.
‎Ultimately, you will drive property sales, strengthen market presence, and contribute significantly to business growth through the successful acquisition and conversion of high-net-worth clients.


‎Key Responsibilities


‎Drive the sales of luxury residential properties and real estate investment opportunities within Abuja and surrounding areas
‎Generate and qualify high-value leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship management
‎Conduct property inspections, site visits, and executive-level client presentations
‎Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients
‎Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
‎Promote both completed luxury developments and off-plan projects to prospective buyers
‎Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
‎Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and contractual agreements with prospective clients
‎Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, property launches, and promotional activities
‎Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Abuja luxury property market
‎Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client engagement activities
‎Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings


‎Requirements


‎Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
‎3 - 5 years' experience in real estate sales and marketing
‎Must be currently resident in Abuja
‎Proven experience selling luxury residential properties valued at ₦100 Million and above
‎Demonstrated success selling both completed properties and off-plan developments
‎Strong knowledge of the Abuja luxury real estate market
‎Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
‎Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals and property investors
‎Valid driver's license is an added advantage
