Role Overview

Our client is looking to hire an HR Intern to play a hands-on role in supporting this HRIS implementation, working closely with the HR team and the system developer to ensure a smooth transition, accurate data, and a well-functioning system going forward. Beyond the HRIS project, the Intern will support the day-to-day running of the HR department, including maintaining an up-to-date tracker of employee letters and contract renewals, and assisting with general HR tasks as required. Employee Records & Renewals — maintain and regularly update a tracker of employee letters, contracts, and renewal dates, flagging upcoming expirations to the HR team in good time; draft and prepare standard HR letters and correspondence (e.g. offer letters, confirmation letters, contract renewals) for review and sign-off
