Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, onboarding & HR administration
Employee relations & performance management
Leave, attendance & staff welfare management
Payroll processing & coordination with finance
Statutory compliance (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF)
HR reporting & employee engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
CHRP (in progress or completed)
3+ years HR experience with payroll exposure
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
High accuracy and attention to detail
