The Role
We are seeking a unique, hybrid creator who can handle the full content lifecycle across three pillars;
Design & Aesthetic
Create distinct visual brand identities and eye-catching graphics/carousels using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Ensure all outputs strictly align with client brand guidelines.
Multimedia Production
Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-engagement short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using mobile or desktop editors (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Capitalize on real-time internet audio and format trends.
Performance Analytics & Strategy
Orchestrate social media calendars aligned with broader multi-channel campaigns.
Track and report weekly performance data (Reach, Engagement, Share of Voice, CTR) to prove real campaign ROI to clients.
Use historical data patterns to optimize future content and de-risk digital spend.
What We Are Looking For
The Portfolio: A diverse showcase of graphic design work and short-form videos you have personally scripted, shot, and edited.
Experience: 1 - 3 years of agency or heavy freelance experience. We value raw drive, taste, and capability over corporate pedigree.
Data Comfort: An analytical mind (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and can translate numbers into actionable client insights.
Agility: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to switch brand voices seamlessly under tight agency deadlines.
