Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.
The HR Officer will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, payroll, and HR administration.
This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Job Responsibilities


Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain positive employee relations through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Assist in payroll processing and related documentation.
Support the management of employee compensation and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
Manage employee benefits and compensation records.


Qualifications and Skills
Education:


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Experience:


Minimum of 1 year experience in an HR role or related field.


Skills:


Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.


Location Requirement:


Candidates must reside within Surulere, Ilupeju, Yaba, Ketu, Ojota, Shomolu, Bariga, or surrounding areas.

Salary: N150,000 net
