Key Responsibilities Include:
Acting as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with client leadership
Conducting HR audits, compliance reviews, and preparing actionable recommendations
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for client roles
Overseeing onboarding, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
Handling employee relations matters professionally and in line with labor laws
Supporting payroll alignment, compensation benchmarking, and statutory remittances
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
2 - 3 years' experience in HR, preferably with consulting exposure
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and compliance frameworks
IHRM membership is mandatory; CHRP qualification is an added advantage
Exceptional communication, advisory, and relationship management skills
