The ideal candidate brings:
3 - 5 years' experience in field sales or sales management
Background in technical, engineering, metering, FMCG, insurance or similar industries
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
Experience managing multi-regional teams
Strong CRM, reporting and digital lead management capability
Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
