Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration as needed
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience in HR or a related administrative role
Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred (but not required):
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives
Technical Requirements:

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
