We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and help scale our revenue operations.
You'll work closely with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns, automations, and reporting are executed flawlessly.
What You'll Do
Own CRM data hygiene: ensure accuracy, consistency, and structure across contacts, companies, and deals
Build and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences
Support Sales & SDR teams with campaign execution and prospecting lists
Monitor pipeline activity to identify stalled opportunities and gaps
Create dashboards and reports on sales performance and revenue metrics (RevOps)
Continuously improve CRM processes and identify efficiency opportunities
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Admin/Backend preferred)
Proven experience with CRM cleanup, database management, or process optimization
Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or similar roles
Advanced/Fluent English (C1 required) for working with U.S. teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
