The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing core human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, performance management support, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can effectively manage HR processes while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
Prepare employment documentation, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Facilitate employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Prepare periodic HR reports, dashboards, and manpower analytics.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
Assist in handling disciplinary matters, grievance management, and conflict resolution processes.
Promote a positive, professional, and compliant work environment.
Performance Management Support
Assist in the implementation and coordination of performance management processes and appraisal exercises.
Track employee confirmations, probation reviews, and regularization processes.
Support learning and development initiatives where required.
Payroll & Compliance
Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Assist during HR audits and compliance reviews.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years' relevant HR experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS.
Strong understanding of HR operations, labor regulations, and recruitment processes.
