Our client is seeking to recruit a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support their Human Resource department in the execution of daily HR and administrative functions.

The successful candidate will gain practical, hands-on experience across core HR operations, including recruitment support, employee records management, HR documentation, compliance support, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including CV screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with shortlisted candidates.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes by preparing onboarding documentation and schedules.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, files, and HR databases (both physical and electronic).
Assist in drafting, formatting, issuing, and filing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, confirmation letters, and memos.
Support attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and maintenance of staff registers.
Assist in the preparation of payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Assist in handling employee inquiries and basic HR-related concerns professionally.
Support performance management processes, including documentation and filing of appraisal records.
Assist in organizing staff training, meetings, and internal HR activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labour regulations.
Support disciplinary and grievance documentation under supervision.
Prepare basic HR reports and summaries as required.
Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR department.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements


A diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Previous internship, industrial attachment, or HR-related exposure will be an added advantage.
