Medcourt Support Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (NYSC) to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.
This role is ideal for a corps member looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll support and attendance tracking
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
Must be a current NYSC corps member
Must have completed NYSC Orientation Camp
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
