Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resource Manager (HRM) to oversee all HR functions of the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and driving a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Oversee employee relations, discipline, and grievance management.
Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and staff records.
Lead training and capacity-building programs.
Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.
Promote employee engagement, welfare, and workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
