ABOUT THE ROLE


We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee the company's human resource functions.
The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill, with the ability to foster a productive and positive work environment.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
Managing Director Nairobi


Oversee and manage al HR operations and administrative functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
Manage employee relations, daciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management and staff appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policin
Coordinate staff training, development, and succession planning program
Advise marganton Ht matters and organizational development.
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee welfare administration Maintain accurate employee records and Hit reports
Promote a positive organizational culture and employes angegment
Parform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field CHRPK certification a mandatory
Mambarship with IHRM and in good standing
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR Management systems.
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in HK and Adminstration functions.
REA
Proven experience handling recruitment, disciplinary processes, employee relations, and performance management
Experience in policy development and labour law complianc
Experience in a logistics, transport, or commercial environment will be an added advantage.
